The Basic modular line represents the entry-level, most affordable class of thermal kitchen equipment with a wide range of products in gas, electric, or combined versions. The variety in the dimensions of individual elements enables flexibility to depths of 600, 700, and 900 mm and, the pre-preparation of the base for installation on control legs or a construction base. We offer all kinds of elements – from a stove with or without an oven, kitchen boilers, tippers, classic or lava grills to fryers with digital control – the possibilities are endless.
The XP line is most widespread in restaurants and smaller boutique hotels, where in addition to functionality and technology, design is also important. The line can be recognized from afar by the black glass control panel and precisely made junctions of the surfaces of the elements, which prevent the flow of liquids to the double stainless steel walls with rounded edges in the H2 version. The dimensions of individual elements do not differ in width from the basic version, only in-depth, versions in 700 or 900 are possible. The height of the upper element is adapted to the requirements of line precision and measures only 270 mm in height. All the ideas that the chef comes up with when creating on guest plates, all this and more is the XP line.
The Phantom line is for the most demanding customers who are looking for uniqueness. It is made according to the specific needs and requirements of the client. Its overall dimension and the placement of integrated elements in the surface are strictly tailored to the specific project. The surface is made as a whole in a thickness of 3mm stainless steel. The construction of the thermal block itself is extremely rigid and robust. The base of the elements can be H1 or H2, all of which are the individual customer’s flexible wishes.
